Including vegetables in your lunch and dinner is a bit of a no brainer. With endless options for salads and vegetables for side dishes, a lot of us have no problem including lots of veggies during the second part of the day.

But what about breakfast?! For breakfast it’s too easy to pour a bowl of cereal, grab a bagel and skip over vegetable completely. But vegetables are too important to skip! Vegetables are low in calories, loaded with nutrients…and of course, are DELICIOUS! Here’s a list of some tasty recipes to help you easily eat more vegetable for breakfast.
