Creamy Tahini Banana Pepper Sauce
Creamy Tahini Banana Pepper Sauce is incredibly simple to make and absolutely LOADED with flavor. Perfect as a sandwich spread, drizzle it over salads, or serve it as a chip or veggie dip! This Creamy Tahini Banana Pepper Sauce is made with jarred banana peppers, tahini, chickpeas (or white beans), and a delicious blend of seasoning to really make the flavor POP!
- 1/4 cup jarred banana peppers
- 2 tbsp banana pepper juice juice from banana pepper jar
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup white beans or chickpeas I used canned
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried chives
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Simply combine all of the ingredients in a blender...1/4 cup jarred banana peppers, 2 tbsp banana pepper juice, 1/4 cup tahini, 1/4 cup water, 1 cup canned white beans or chickpeas, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp dried chives, 1/8 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp Dijon mustard.
Blend until smooth.
