- 1 bundle garlic scapes about 1 cup when chopped up
- 1 large cucumber
- 1/4 cup thai basil
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 2 inches lemon grass remove the outer hard layer
- 1 red chili pepper Substitute any hot pepper and adjust spice level as needed
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tsp nori flakes
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- add a little water if needed to blend
Cut the garlic scapes into smaller pieces, about 2 inches long, this way they will blend easier. Peel your ginger. Cut up your cucumber into smaller pieces to it will blend well. And remove the hard outer layer of the lemon grass and chop into smaller pieces so it can blend more easily. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for about 1 minute or until smooth. **If needed add a little water to blend better Serve and enjoy!
