Green Apple and Ginger Smoothie! It's sweet, it's spicy, it's delicious. Made with green apples, ginger, spinach, bananas, hemp seeds, cayenne, and oats.

- 6 oz Oat Milk Can use alternative milk
- 1 Green Apple
- 1 Banana frozen
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 inch fresh ginger Can use more or less to taste
- 2 dates
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 tbsp Hemp hearts
- 1/16 tsp Ground cayenne pepper Can use more or less to taste
- 6 Ice cubes
