Green Apple Ginger Smoothie

Green Apple and Ginger Smoothie! It's sweet, it's spicy, it's delicious. Made with green apples, ginger, spinach, bananas, hemp seeds, cayenne, and oats.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz Oat Milk Can use alternative milk
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 Banana frozen
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger Can use more or less to taste
  • 2 dates
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp Hemp hearts
  • 1/16 tsp Ground cayenne pepper Can use more or less to taste
  • 6 Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Cut apple and remove the core
  2. Juice lemon
    lemon
  3. Cut one inch of ginger
    ginger
  4. Put all of the ingredients in blender and blend until smoothie. May take about one minute
  5. Serve and enjoy!
