This Green Apple Smoothie is refreshing, filling, and loaded with nutrients! Made with green apple, oats, and spinach. Sweetened with dates and banana. Flavored with lemon, cinnamon, and sunflower seeds. Amazing way to start your day!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz oat milk Can use any milk alternative
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 dates
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds I prefer roasted. But raw also works
  • 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Cut the apple and remove the core
  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender

  • Blend until smooth. It will take about a minute depending on the power of your blender
