Prep and Air Fry the Radishes
- Begin by cutting the radishes. To do this, cut off both ends of the radishes, then cut eat radish into quarters
- Place cut radishes in a bowl and add 1 tbsp of oil. Mix until evenly covered
- Place radishes in the air fryer. Make sure they are places in a single layer across the bottom, you don't want to overlap or stack them. Air fry the radishes for 12 minutes at 400 degrees, stir radishes at the half way mark. **air fryer should be preheated
- **While the radishes are air frying, move ahead and prep the garlic miso rub
Make the Garlic Miso Rub
- In a small bowl combine miso paste, toasted sesame oil, neutral oil, and chopped garlic cloves. Mix until evenly combined. Set aside
Combine the radishes and the garlic miso rub
- When radishes have finished cooking for 12 minutes, remove them from the air fryer and place them in a bowl
- Top the air fried radishes with the garlic miso rub and mix until evenly coated
- Return the radishes to the air fryer and air fry for 3 more minutes at 400 degrees or until outside is slightly browned and inside is tender and juicy
- Remove from air fryer, top with chopped scallions and sesame seeds
