FOR PUMPKIN SPICE YOGURT
- Combine all ingredients listed under "Pumpkin Spice Yogurt" in a large bowl

 - Mix until evenly distributed

 - Set aside
 
FOR PROTEIN PUMPKIN PUREE
- Combine all ingredients listed under "protein pumpkin puree" in a large bowl

 - **If cashew powder is lumpy, smash with a fork first

 - Mix until evenly distributed

 - Set aside

 - **Cashew powder has a bit of a texture to it. If you don't like that and want it smoother, pop the puree into a food processor or blender so smooth it out.
 
PUT IT ALL TOGETHER
- **Recipe makes 4 servings
 - In 4 small bowls, evenly distribute the yogurt

 - Place 1/4 of the Protein Pumpkin Puree in center of each yogurt dish

 - Top with chopped pecans and hulled hemp seed

 - Serve and enjoy!
