Method
FOR THE YOGURT
- Combine all ingredients for the yogurt in a bowl
- Mix until evenly distributed
- Set aside
FOR THE GRANOLA
- Add oats, shredded coconut, almonds, and sunflower seeds to a non-stick pan
- Cook over medium heat until toasted
- Remove from heat and add salt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup
- Stir until evenly distributed
- Set aside to cool
PREP FRUIT
- Wash and slice fruit
- Set aside
PUT IT ALL TOGETHER
- Place 3/4 cups of yogurt in each bowl (serves 4)
- Top with oats and fruit
- Enjoy!
