In a skillet, melt vegan butter over medium heat
Add sliced shallots and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the diced cloves of garlic. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add both bags of Vegan Beyond Steak Tips. Stirring often, cook for 5 minutes
Add one cup of Guinness beer. Continue to stir.
Add the 1/2 Bouillon cube, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, poultry seasoning, and flour. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, stirring often.
When all of the liquid has been absorbed and the vegan Beyond steak begins to brown, it's ready!
Remove from heat and serve or add to a recipe!
