Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Napa cabbage, shredded or chopped into small strips Can substitute cabbage of choice
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup frozen green peas, defrosted
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp vegan mayo can substitute plain vegan yogurt for lower calorie option
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp Chana Masala spice mix
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl
